William R. (Trey) Evans, III

Trey graduated from GA Tech in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering.   From 1994 to the end of 1999, Trey was involved with various aspects of civil construction from working on a crew building roads in middle GA to heading up the asphalt QC department with Knox Rivers Construction in Thomson, GA.  In 2000, he took a position with E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. as a Stone Base & Asphalt Paving Superintendent and accepted a position as a Grading/Paving estimator with Snell at the start of 2003.  In 2006, Trey accepted a lead estimator position with a grading contractor in the Nashville, TN area before deciding to take a project manager position with The Parkes Companies, Inc. dba Site Solutions in April, 2007.  Since 2007, he has managed the start to finish construction of 2 major thoroughfares (Carothers Parkway Nissan & McEwen Dr. Phase 3) in the Franklin, TN area and is currently working on 2 others (3rd Ave. North Extension & McEwen Dr. Connector) in the Franklin Area.  Trey has also managed the construction of several site projects including Nashville West Shopping Center, Family Dollar, and the new TSU Biotechnology Building in Nashville.



Trey enjoys hunting, fishing, and tailgating festivities at GA Tech football games in his time away from the office.  He also enjoys leaving the country from time to time and experiencing others’ customs and cultures.
